Alliance Releases Second Quarter Report

The Northern Michigan Chamber Alliance released its second quarterly report of the year covering the months of April – June.

The Alliance focused its work in the second quarter on positioning our region’s priorities as the state approached final budget negotiations, on behalf of 23 member chambers and economic development organizations and 7,000+ businesses. This effort included sending a large representation of Alliance members to the Mackinac Policy Conference. In addition, the Alliance hosted local officials from across the Upper and northern Lower Peninsulas of Michigan in Gaylord on June 1, 2026, for a comprehensive discussion of the real impacts of data center projects on the surrounding community.
